REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
The product must be in its original, new condition, free from: Marks, makeup, scuffs, or odors.
Damage or signs of use: The product must be neatly folded in its original packaging with all zips and snaps closed.
All swing tags and labels must be attached and undamaged.
If a returned product is used, damaged, or missing original packaging, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back without a refund.

No Exchange Policy:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different model, color, or size, you will need to return your original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items and collaborative products.
Items that do not meet the return criteria.
Free gifts or promotional items.
Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact them directly for returns).

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees unless under special circumstances.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

Pack Your Item: Securely package the product in its original packaging to prevent damage.
Ship It Back: Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
Returns that do not meet the policy will be refused and sent back to the customer.


REFUND PROCESS:
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after arriving at our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.
A refund confirmation email will be sent, and funds may take 2-3 additional business days to reflect in your account.
