More widely known as the winner of Netflix’s “Next in Fashion”, Minju Kim has collaborated with socks appeal as part of an extension of her FW20 collection.

The Seoul-based fashion brand is easily identified by Minju Kim’s signature style, a combination of youthful playfulness and avant-garde haute couture.

Dreamy illustrations derived from her personal experiences and surroundings are expressed and developed through textiles, weaved and printed in exquisite quality.

Rooted from artistic creativity, fairy-tale imagination and the art of craftsmanship, the MINJUKIM x socks appeal collaboration are available in knee-high and medium length options.

SOCKS APPEAL X NATHALIE LÉTÉ

Born to a Chinese father and German mother, French artist Nathalie Lété’s inspirations often stem from popular and folk art of eastern and western origin.
Described as “réconfortant”, the rich energy and warmth that oozes out from the art world she creates are a reflection the encouraging and rejuvenating energy she aims to carry.

Nathalie Lété’s love for vintage and old engravings of flora and fauna can be spotted in all her creations. Using subtle yet intense colours together with the illustrations, the protagonists of this collaboration – cats in swanky outfits, rabbits holding hearts and intellectual owls with books, Nathalie Lété has conceived her own fairtytale world with socks appeal for this collection.

Mogu Takahashi meets socks appeal!
A self-taught artist who never received formal art education, Mogu Takahashi’s naive gouache paintings are full of joy and charm, featuring colourful and playful characters.

Secret messages are frequently hidden in her paintings for the reader to figure out by themselves, from Mogu’s own innocent daydream world, often comprising of a random mix of cheeky looking animals.

Having held several exhibitions all over the world, selected pieces from her artworks have been selected and translated into socks appeal’s apparel.
